Tea in the Garden at the Davenport House 2011

Tea in the Garden at the Davenport House returns on Thursdays and Fridays in May 2011 with the first event tomorrow, May 5th at 4:30PM.

Additional dates and times are: May 6th, 12th, 13th, 19th & 20th all at 4:30PM; on May 26th & 27th the event will be held at 5:30PM.

Come and learn about tea traditions and experience an early 19th century tea in Davenport House’s beautiful courtyard garden. Patrons will visit areas of the home where tea service took place and will participate in an afternoon tea given with costumed interpreters in the garden.

Admission is $18 and reservations are recommend.
